    Gamerang - **Not Recommended**

Gamerang is an ok service with a fast delivery time and is very easy to use, but is lacking in selection and customer service. The price is good and you can check out up to 4 games at a time (though that does not come cheap however) and the service still pales in comparison to GameFly.

    GottaPlay - **Not Recommended**

GottaPlay has slower delivery time and a harder to use web site, but the ability to take any game in your library and trade it in via mail to receive any other games in their library, even new releases. However, the trade-in disc quality is lacking and the service does not truly compare to the level of service GameFly has.

    Customer Testimonials:

"Thanks for writing such a great set of reviews on where I can rent games online! I was about to try another service, but your review of GameFly convinced me it was the best. Now I’ve been customer for 3 months and I’m glad I visited your site!"
    Mike - New Jersey

"Wow, I didn’t know that GottaPlay had such a problem with scratched discs for trade-in games! If it weren’t for your site I wouldn’t have known."

    Why Rent Video Games Online?

Are you tired of dealing with lines at BestBuy or somewhere when you want to buy a game? Do you not have time to waste trying to drop by a GameStop or EBGames after school or work? Are you just annoyed with how expensive games are? If so, then renting video games online may be for you.

With the advent of the internet it is now possible to subscribe to a service where you simply go online, choose the games you want and then add them to your list. You’ll then receive each game as it becomes available, usually with a maximum of 2 games sent to you at any one time. When you are done, you simply take the game and place it back in the postage-paid return envelope and drop it in the mail. Within a few days you’ll get the next game in your queue and you can continue playing. You don’t have to deal with lines and there are no late fees or hidden charges.
